Another great show has come and gone, tons of great deals were had as always! Lots of new material available this year, many of our vendors are diggers and collectors so they had a great supply of new minerals.

I had a large variety of North Carolina corundum from my collection for sale.

I had a lot of Reel material also.

Getting set up Thursday.

Some Diamond Hill and petrified wood I had for sale.

Sloth bones found while diving.

Nancy checking out some of Bruce's gems while getting set up.

Thursday afternoon, ready for the show.

I had this new material for sale, giant spinel specimens from British Columbia, Canada. My friend is mining them there and shipped these to me to try and market them for him. I have found some 1-2 pound spinels here in North Carolina at Lake Chatuge in the past, but never anything this size. Nice stuff. The one on the right weighs 6 pounds and is still available.

Friday morning at the Henderson County Mineral and Lapidary Museum booth.

Ron with a huge selection of minerals, slabs and lapidary equipment.
